Camps

hand2About the Family Camps

The Burns Support Foundation hold two family weekend retreats a year – named Camp Corroborree. The retreats are a great way for burn survivors and their families to get together with other survivors who have shared similar experiences. We have fun & exciting activities on offer throughout the weekend camps, such as archery, canoeing, tree-climbing and abseiling, etc. Also available are therapeutic counselling/mutual support group sessions facilitated by our Support Co-Ordinator. We aim for an accepting and caring environment and guarantee that you will meet some special people and possibly make some new friends.
